Therapy in Raleigh, NC for anxiety, relationships and life transitions
Helping individuals and couples in Raleigh, NC move toward meaningful, lasting change
What I Help With
I work with individuals and couples navigating a variety of concerns, including:

Managing Anxiety, Stress, and OCD
You may find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly on edge, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Together, we'll work to understand what's driving these experiences and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and in control.

Couples Counseling in Raleigh, NC
Relationships can get stuck in cycles where the same conflicts repeat and communication breaks down. We'll work together to better understand those patterns, strengthen communication, and rebuild trust so your relationship feels more connected, secure, and supportive.

Navigating Grief, Loss, and Depression
Loss and depression can feel heavy, isolating, and difficult to put into words. In our work together, we'll create space to process what you're carrying while helping you reconnect with meaning, energy, and forward movement.

Healing from Trauma and Past Experiences
Past experiences can continue to shape how you feel, relate, and respond—even when you want things to be different. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, working to understand these patterns and support healing in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Parenting and Maternal Mental Health
Parenting can bring both deep meaning and real challenges, especially during times of transition. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the ongoing demands of parenting, we'll focus on supporting your well-being while helping you feel more confident and grounded in your role.

Career Direction and Life Transitions
Periods of change can feel uncertain, even when they're positive. In our work, we'll clarify what matters most to you—your values, direction, and priorities—while helping you navigate obstacles and move forward with greater confidence.

Supporting ADHD, Neurodivergence and Executive Functioning
You may notice differences in focus, organization, or follow-through that can make daily life feel harder than it should. Together, we'll develop strategies that align with how your brain works—helping you create structure, reduce stress, and move through your day with greater ease.

Investment
Choosing a therapist is an investment in your well-being. My goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, effective, and tailored to your needs.
Session Fees
Insurance & Payment
I am an out-of-network provider, which allows me to offer more personalized and flexible care. Without the requirements of insurance, we're able to focus on your goals—not on diagnoses, session limits, or predetermined treatment plans.

This also means your information remains private, and our work together can evolve at a pace and depth that best supports you.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide documentation (a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots for clients with financial need. If cost is a barrier, please inquire.
